Baddies Gone Wild: Cancun — Episode 1: “Trouble in Paradise”
Hey, guys! This is Liz the Pinknarcologist, ready to recap this show. Are you ready? Let’s get started!
The show starts by showing us scenes from the previous season. Did you watch last season? Well let’s get into the goings-on with this new one, shall we?
We get our first glimpse of the new cast. They seem to be at some type of dinner, and Natalie Nunn is there. And shout-out to Ms. Nunn! Over here at Pinknarcology, we respect her hustle.
So this season, the cast is in Cancun, and there are plenty of girls from the rival network, Now That’s TV.
Are you familiar with them? The girls are all excitedly rushing to get onto the sprinter.
Well, first up? And she likes to “bring out that dog”—Caribbean Chixa, new to the Zeus Network but familiar to all of us who watch Now That’s TV. She’s already a favorite, but my hope is that she doesn’t do anything to get on our nerves.
Next up is Bando. She’s 4'11" but lets us know she gets lit. Well, she hails from Ohio, and it makes sense because she and Caribbean sorta sound alike.
Red Rose is making her appearance, and she says she is here to put on for the skinny girls.
She says there isn’t a show without her. Well, we gon’ see.
Next is Kayyy. I have a question: Why does she have three y’s in her name? Do we enunciate the y? I mean, what’s up with all the weird spellings?
Well, Kayyy lets us know she already has beef from the auditions. So we can expect a fade from her.
We are introduced to Madicakes, and I must admit, with the exception of Caribbean, all the cast members so far are little or petite. She says she is twenty-nine and from Cali. Oh yeah, Madi? Well, I hope you put on for my state because you already know I run LA. So what? It’s only in my head. I still run it, lol.
Next up, Honeey Mari. Remember what I said about the jacked-up spellings? She has two e’s in her name. Huh?
Now, I guess she is the big girl on the cast. Pretty girl. They all are so far.
We find out Bando is twenty-nine, as is Madi. So I guess we will get some maturity this season... NOT! Lol.
So the girls are introducing themselves on the sprinter when Red Rose asks Bando if she needed that. All of a sudden, a fight breaks out between Red Rose and Bando. Skinny...and mini, lol.
Despite Bando being short and Red Rose being slim, security has a hard time getting a secure hold of them on the packed sprinter as the other girls try to move out of the way. Apparently, they have beef from the auditions, where Bando was fighting someone else and Red Rose jumped in.
Switch.
We now see a different set of girls arriving at a different sprinter. First up? KaylaaBadAzz. She says she’s not here to make friends; she says she is here to take the grand prize. Finally, a woman after my own heart, because if it don’t make dollars, it don’t make sense. Shout-out to DJ Quik.
After her, we get Bratt, who lets us know she is down to fight. She is followed by China, who says she is also known as Ms. Pink Wig but, for some reason, didn’t show up with a pink wig on...
Ms. BP is next, and despite looking like she doesn’t, she says she is a fighter. And let’s be real: coming on these shows is about being a fighter because you will certainly be in a few fights. That’s just the nature of this show in particular. I'm hoping the next generation is not forgetting that having a bomb personality is as important as throwing hands and just as entertaining.
Ya dig?
Najamillion is next, and she is another girl coming from Now That’s TV. Any Naj fans?
Now we get another Now That’s TV girl, CeRose. Any fans of hers? Well, I will say this: the Now That’s TV girls who were picked do have them hands, feet, elbows...whatever you need, they got them, and they will use what they got to beat the snot out of you. Whew!
CeRose is definitely a heavy hitter. And so are Naj and Caribbean, so we can expect some good squabbles this season.
And now, yet another pretty girl is introduced: Jayda Ashley. But introductions are paused because CeRose spots her opp, Kayla, and they start bickering. The girls are wondering if they are about to fight, but so far, it’s just tongue lashings.
Switch.
Back at the other van, Bando and Red Rose are still arguing but separated.
Kayla says she has beef with Bratt. Another fallout from the auditions. Madi has beef from the auditions...wait. Maybe I should’ve watched the auditions, lol.
Switch.
Back in the other sprinter, things are getting heated between CeRose and Kayla. The argument is getting more and more intense. Kayla threatens CeRose with the work she deserves, and CeRose tells her to do it right now. Kayla jumps up and comes toward her, and just like on the other sprinter, they got that van to rocking!
OMG. It’s nothing but blows being thrown. Haymakers, jabs—you name the type of punch, and I guarantee it was being thrown!
At this point, they are both wigless, and the girls on the van are gagged—as are we!
Now they have gone two rounds, and CeRose has sat down. And when she isn’t paying attention? Upside her head Kayla goes, and they are at it AGAIN!
The other girls are spread out, trying to avoid being accidentally smacked because, remember, y’all, they are on a sprinter van. Whew!
If you ask me, CeRose won the rounds overall. Kayla, you don’t get any points for the sneak, but CeRose, you lose points for not staying ready so you don’t have to get ready. Shout-out to Suga Free.
CeRose threatens that they are going to fight later, and we want to see that because Kayla, to her credit, was definitely giving CeRose as good as she was getting. It’s just that CeRose made good use of the space and was able to hem her up and give her the beats. Shout-out to Dr. Dre, lol.
Switch back to the other van, and Caribbean is speaking on her beef with CeRose. And if you don’t know, here is a brief synopsis of their beef.
Now, Caribbean and CeRose’s beef goes back to their Now That’s TV days on Young & Reckless. They’ve already had words and thrown hands over there, so this isn’t a new problem—it’s old tension on a new network.
Caribbean doesn’t feel she did her best when she and CeRose fought. She had recently had a breast augmentation—or, as she put it, “her titties done.”
He he.
Those Ohio girls have a certain way with words, don’t they?
So now it’s up.
Now we’re back to the other sprinter, and y’all know how I am. It’s a bunch of “blah blah blah” to me at this point. So let’s speed this part right up. CeRose says she and Caribbean are going to do the fight again.
Switch back to the other van.
Caribbean is showing the girls her breasts. They are excited to see the work that she had done. I bet the cameraman and security are loving this, lol.
Someone is arriving at the house...
Its Natalie pulling up. Wait, Natalie, girl, what you got on? Some type of outfit, Lol. She walks into the house, and, reminiscent of Bad Girls Club, the girls’ pictures are hanging up. Do you all see where this is going?
Of course, the house is beautifully decorated and big as all get out. You all already know Zeus does a great job getting fabulous houses for these girls to act a fool in, lol.
The first van of girls arrives...
The girls enter with CeRose leading the way. They are impressed because, let’s face it, the house is all that. They are cheering and gasping as they all come strutting in. They see the pictures in the entryway and are excited. Natalie is in the beautiful backyard, calling to them to come out. They are excited to see her. But no time for niceties because CeRose pulls on a bonnet...wait, what?! She and Kayla immediately square up, and it goes down!
Naj briefly fills Natalie in about the other three rounds on the van, but...
Shhhh!
Here these two go! They square up, and after the first tussle, CeRose’s nose is bleeding. These ladies are rolling on the ground like gladiators, lol. It’s wild for sure. They are going round after round. Natalie tells them to separate and get away from each other in that big yard. CeRose says she is trying to get Kayla’s fight out of the way because she knows she has other fights coming.
Somebody hands CeRose a T-shirt to put on because, wouldn’t you know it, she wants to go another round. And despite Kayla having a huge knot on the side of her forehead, guess what? She is going to give it to her. Natalie lets the girls know she will be hanging out with them at the house for a while. And then the fight begins. CeRose clearly wins that round.
The other van of girls pulls up to the house...
The girls enter with Caribbean leading the way. They come in yelling and hollering because they are so hyped to be at the house. Caribbean runs into the yard, kicks off her shoes, and she and CeRose start fighting. Meanwhile, Madi motions to Bratt, and they start fighting. Whew! Bando and Red Rose are also fighting again. Mind you, this is all in a span of about five minutes, lol.
Wait!
Now Bratt is fighting Kayla.
Wait!
Now Madi and China are fighting for some reason.
They go two rounds, and Madi loses them both. And come to find out, China didn’t even know Bratt and was just fighting to be fighting?!
Lol.
Kayyy is taunting Bratt while she sees the medic. Caribbean taunts CeRose, saying that CeRose smells bad, and in response, CeRose is twerking, lol. There’s a lot going on.
Natalie wants to know what CeRose and Caribbean’s beef is, and she is telling the girls they’ve got to move on from the fighting. And it annoys me when Natalie tries to act like she is above the fighting when all she does is initiate and participate in the B.S.
Shut up, Natalie.
And y’all know I like Natalie’s hustle, but she can be fake sometimes. CeRose and Caribbean square up and start fighting again. Well, duh, Natalie asked them what their beef was, and the arguing commenced, and then the fighting commenced. Kayla takes the opportunity to get a sneak in on CeRose. In the melee of breaking it up, one of the security guards goes down like Frazier.
Lol.
Naj calls out Kayla for jumping, but Kayla doesn’t care. OK, that’s your second sneak, Kayla. How many times you going to sneak her? Talking ’bout “a sneak for a sneak.” How? When you did it twice?
All the fighting has stopped, barely. Now, immediately, Natalie announces she wants to try to go over house rules. This is a mess. Another fight breaks out—Bratt and Kayyy again.
Naj wants to know if anybody has problems with her. There are so many fight breaking out I don’t blame her.
She asks Red Rose if she has a problem with her, and they briefly talk it out. It’s some internet beef, with the fans stirring the pot as usual. And the queen pot stirrer, Natalie Nunn, is once again telling the girls to stop the fighting for the night. And once again, SHUT UP, NATALIE, lol.
Natalie says they are about to drink, smoke, and have fun. But first, they need rules...
She says there will be a leader in the house because she will just be popping in and out. Like I said...stirring the pot. Natalie, you ain’t fooling nobody! Because right after telling them to stop the fighting for the night, she asks the girls if they’re good. Kayyy points to Bratt, with her face full of knots, scratches, and blood, and laughs and says, “We’re good.” Lol.
Now that she has the girls’ attention, she reminds them that Baddies Gone Wild chains will be given out this season—and there’s a cash prize. The fans are voting, and $100,000 is on the line!
The girls are excited. Madi twerks her little booty, and you know my motto: little booties matter. Lol.
Natalie asks if they want to take shots, and the girls are having big fun. Bando even does a cartwheel into a split! The girls are spontaneously twerking. Finally, some fun.
“Wild b***hes take shots!”
Everybody grabs a cup. Some cups are yellow, pink, red, or blue. Why? The color matches the person you’re going to room with. She’s trying to explain this when Caribbean takes the opportunity to sneak CeRose, and they start fighting.
Did they hear the plot twist? Because Caribbean and CeRose both have yellow cups. Lol.
CeRose spits in her yellow cup and flings the spit on Caribbean. Yuck. They start to fight, but the wind is out of their sails, so it fizzles out.
Then Natalie says she has a surprise, and you can’t make this up—she brings out a mariachi band. Lol.
The girls hilariously start twerking to the music, grabbing the band members’ hats and putting them on their own heads.
Natalie sends the girls off to find their pre-picked rooms, and they all walk into the house. How does the episode end? CeRose runs up and sneaks Kayla from behind!
